If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Frequently asked questions
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This applies for Skincare products only.
The Skincare Company reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for a return:
1) the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment
2) the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)
3) the item was purchased online at our official store (www.botanicallove.com.au)
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact contactus@botanicallove.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return.
Please include whether you are requesting a refund or replacement item.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new Sales order to ship your replacement item.
Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved by your purchasing merchant.
Botanical Love will not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. If you change your mind and wish to return the item after 30 days, you must pay return shipping costs and the item must be returned unused and unopened. Once we have reiceved the item back for inspection and it is cleared for a return, we will issue you with a notification that the process it complete. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to come through on your statement.
