OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Providing a high quality, fresh product is important to us. So here are a few of the steps that we take as a business, as part of our commitment to ensuring we always meet that standard as best we can.
FRESH FLOWERS

We believe fresh flowers should be exactly that... fresh. And we detest going into some shops, only to see very poor quality blooms available for purchase. We wanted to set ourselves apart from this and make sure that we always only provide premium quality, fresh bloom bunches. It is for this reason that we decided to operate our flower business for only 9 months of the year (during the native flowering season), so that we were not relying on the flower markets/ imported flowers. All foliage and flowers in our bunches are grown here on our flower farm, or supplemented during the busy season with flowers from a local sustainable flower farm up the road from us. This ensures that we can always hand select each flower stem to ensure we only use the best, and that we have access to fresh flowers all the time. So when an order comes in, we pick it fresh- not from off the shelf after having sat there for more than a week. You can rest assured that all flowers are made to order, not the other way around.

FRESH SKINCARE
​
We do not buy our product ingredients and essential oils in large bulk that is excess to our needs, thus taking us along time to work through. We prefer to pay a little more and buy less, but more often, ensuring the ingredients themselves are always fresh.
We only make relatively small batches considering the quantity that we sell. This ensures our products are always fresh when delivered to our retailers and online customers.
