We deliver our skincare orders weekly Monday - Saturday.
We deliver flowers weekly every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (and alternative days when possible, just contact us before placing your order to check)

We collect flowers every Wednesday morning so if you order after this day for same week delivery or pickup from Morgan Park Garden Centre, please be aware that we cannot always guarantee availability of select bunches as it is difficult to predict sales from week to week. If we do not have your bunch in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer you some other lovely fresh alternatives from our flower stall.

Botanical Love reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.
Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and color and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
When ordering Botanical Love will ask for your permission to either leave the delivery in a safe shady spot if the recipient is not home, or return the order to Morgan Park Garden Centre for the recipient to collect at a convenient time. Information will be provided to the recipient on where to collect their delivery. If sender wants the order left in a specific spot, they must tell Botanical Love prior to delivery taking place.
Orders sent to Morgan Park Garden Centre will be able to be picked up from 12pm on the same day as the delivery or thereafter. Alternatively, the recipient may choose to arrange to have the flowers re-delivered, which will incur a second delivery fee. Botanical Love reserves the right to decline a follow up delivery on the day if they are unable to make the requested time.
The following reasons Botanical Love may not be able to deliver your goods could be:
- Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the flowers
- Address provided is incorrect
- Occupants are not at the location and have a locked property
- If the building has strict security and won’t accept the flowers.
- Business address is closed.
Please note: If incorrect numbers, address, locations or delivery information are supplied, Botanical Love cannot be held liable for failed deliveries. Additional fees may be required for redelivery.
If Botanical Love is given permission to leave flowers at the address by the sender, we cannot be held liable of what happens with the flowers (by the door) once they are delivered. If any issues occur, please email us immediately.
By ordering with us at Botanical Love, we can only assume you have read our terms and conditions and accept/acknowledge the information we have stated.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service. If you feel we did not deliver what you expected we are happy to discuss refunds. Please contact Botanical Love via email (contactus@botanicallove.com.au) so we can determine the best solution to the problem. Botanical Love is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the flowers, or resending a different gift of the same value. Refunds cannot be made for items already opened unless they are faulty.

Our right to cancel your order If we reasonably believe, in our sole discretion, that your completion of your order may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions we may, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order.
You pay using a Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay. You confirm that the credit card, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your CCV or sometimes called CVC number ( Credit Card Verification number ) is requested during your payment processing application form online as this number is only found on the physical card, not any receipts or imprints from manual 'click clack' machines. Although this doesn't guarantee the card has not been stolen it does assure us that the person placing the order has the card with them at the time of the order and is an additional security feature required for your safety.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See DELIVERY SECTION. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY. If no such action is taken, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.
